Psychology Assessment

Innovate Rehab provides a mobile, in-person psychological assessment service in the Nepean, Blue Mountains and Western Sydney region. Innovate Rehab also provides a Telehealth service in this region and elsewhere in Australia, depending on the assessment required.

The focus of a psychological assessment varies depending on the referral question. Generally, psychological assessments can include interviews, observation, consultation with other professionals, completion of standardised questionnaires, and formal psychological testing.

Our Psychologist uses the results of the assessment to create a future treatment plan. This may assist with educational planning, such as the appropriate support at school.
